{"id":209,"date":"2015-02-27T19:31:31","date_gmt":"2015-02-27T19:31:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/?p=209"},"modified":"2015-02-27T19:31:31","modified_gmt":"2015-02-27T19:31:31","slug":"some-parts-that-are-being-assembled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/?p=209","title":{"rendered":"Some parts that are being assembled."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This lever bar to act on the motor platform was surprisingly tricky.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/IMG_0609.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-201\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/IMG_0609-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0609\" width=\"584\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/IMG_0609-1024x682.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/IMG_0609-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.aciera.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/IMG_0609-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The sequence was:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Move the inner circlip to the centre of the shaft.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the outer rubber(?) sleeve on<\/li>\n<li>Remove the inner rubber sleeve (on the left as you look at the photo<\/li>\n<li>Insert bar into the left hand hole and then manipulate so that it comes back to align with outer hole on the right<\/li>\n<li>Push rubber sleeve ove the left hand end of rod (helps to warm a little)<\/li>\n<li>Using the bar, <a href=\"http:\/\/viagra-onlinewithoutprescription-ltd.com\/\" style=\"text-decoration:none;color:#676c6c\">order<\/a>  push it so the sleeve is in the recess of the bar<\/li>\n<li>Slide bar back into position to align with outer hole.<\/li>\n<li>Fit washer and circlip on inner part of bar (right hand of the bar but inside)<\/li>\n<li>Gently tap the bar from the left to drift into the 2 holes until fully home. I used a silicone grease to assist this assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Fit outer washer and circlip.<\/li>\n<li>I think that is how it went!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This lever bar to act on the motor platform was surprisingly tricky.
